Hello Everyone—
I understand you all just wrapped up your meeting - I hope you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the positive developments. Last time I shared you all a message, I expressed the following: “I am confident in this team. You all are some of the most driven and talented designers we have had the chance to work with - and we’re eager for that collaboration to endure.”
Given your hard work and flexibility, especially over the past twelve months, you repeatedly show that.
The community feedback from last autumn’s the game testing phase was enlightening. It validated the appeal of a action-packed game but told us we still had improvements to make. It highlighted the necessity for a more distinct identity.
It’s been inspiring to see how far you’ve progressed. You embraced the input to consideration and revamped the title with a revitalized goal - one that’s ready to deliver on its potential to our players.
The belief in Project ETHOS increases every day. To boost the outstanding advancement you’ve made, I’m excited to announce the new hire as the incoming Lead of the team. Following some time of discussions, Ben comes aboard us on next week.
His management and expertise in the PVP shooter field is vast, having devoted the recent years developing and overseeing some of the most recognizable franchises in the industry, such as Call of Duty: Black Ops, and most recently, Apex Legends.
I invite you all in welcoming him in the coming days. We are all eager to continue observing the evolution of Project ETHOS in the weeks to follow.
David
